These Terms govern the remote sale of mobile data plans (data only) delivered as eSIM profiles (embedded SIM), constituting intangible digital content, by Alolilo to its Customers through its website and mobile application.
2. Products
The products offered are mobile data plans (data only) delivered as eSIM profiles. Each plan is characterized by a geographic coverage area, data volume, validity period, and price as described on the product page. Plans are exclusively data-only and do not support native voice calls or SMS. Alolilo reserves the right to modify its offerings at any time without affecting orders already confirmed.
3. Device Compatibility
It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify, BEFORE placing an order, that their device meets all of the following requirements:
